If you know me, then you know that I inherited a gene from my dad that makes me LOVE pictures. Since I am a severe procrastinator, the poor blog has been just a little behind on things. However, with the help of my pictures, this is the second round of "catch up" blogs that will bring everything up-to-date. After this, I promise to be a better blogger and keep it (at least somewhat) caught up :)
On February 19th, we had an awesome, surprise (well, somewhat surprise) housewarming party!!
It was SO much fun, and we really enjoyed seeing those who came!!
In April we had a great visit with Travis, Stacy and Landon. Although we all had the stomach virus at one point or another during the weekend (yuck), we had loads of fun and even squeezed in som time at Wild Adventures!!
Next came Easter at home and one of Brook's showers...
After going back home to Georgia, we turned around and went back home to Mississippi for Brook's second shower...
What's next, you ask... MY BIRTHDAY!! Chris and I went to Atlanta and stayed at Dwayne's new condo for my birthday weekend...
Bobbie and Billijean came by when we got back and brought me this awesome cake:
Then in June, Baby Addyson joined us and stole all our hearts <3
We also had a week with Mrs. Elaine and Nathan, then Mr. Mitchell come for a couple of days, and we all (plus Bobbie) went to the Lady Antebellum concert. I know we had fun, but I am pretty sure Nathan had more fun than anyone! We ended the week with a quick trip to Savannah!!
In the middle of June, we had a very exciting visit from Courtney and Kolt!! Waterpark, food and great company! (Courtney, you have all the good pictures.)
So, my dad's 50th birthday was on July 15th, and we all went to Pensacola Beach where they were in the "most severe drought they had ever had." Well, it started raining Friday night about an hour after we got there and rained the WHOLE WEEKEND. We did, however get in a tour of Fort Pickens where we camped, and we had birthday dinner at Landry's Saturday night.
On Sunday, July 17th, I left Chris in Pensacola while I went to MS for about 4 hours to go to Margaret's WEDDING SHOWER!! I am so glad that I was able to be there. There are pictures, but she has them :(
Other than that, everything is normal. I have made a few trips to Tallahassee with Selina, Billijean and Bobbie (who likes to jump curbs ha ha) for shopping and Olive Garden!! Chris and I have joined a church-league softball team, and we have our first game tonight. This could be very interesting, wish us luck!
